My ebay design group, The Lil' Peas, just began a their "Splash" launch using this adorable mermaid fabric. Here is my contribution. I was pleased with the how the hemline of the capris turned out and the little sparkle added with the hand-sewn seed beads and sequins on the appliqués. You can find my auction HERE!
